We were fortunate enough to be invited to Caroline’s birthday celebrations and just wanted to say how much we enjoyed the evening. The delicious food played a huge part in all of it, and you were applauded by everyone for your great cooking skills and presentation of the delicious dishes.
The menu was right up my street with all of my favourite things and honestly from the first bite of the langoustine tail in batter canapé, to the last spoonful of the zingy lemon meringue pie, I couldn’t have been more delighted.
